Metal phone holder

The product is my minimalistic take on a phone holder removing all the bulky components only leaving the neccessary components remaining. I created this project in hopes to learn a bit more about metalwork since this was my first metalwork project, the product also allows me to stand up my phone easily to watch videos without a bulky casing. For this product i used some metal bar extracted from an old airing rack which would have otherwise been disposed off reducing this products carbon footprint. To create this product since i didn't have an anvil or forge, i used a hammer and a vice and had to bend the joints manually by hitting them with the hammer. In conclusion, i think that this product was good experience for working with metals and recylcing materials and it created an effective product which is still used to this day, however the solid grey colour doesn't make it stand out and blends in with the phone.
